October is Employee Ownership Month! At AgriSteel | AGS Fabrication, we are 100% employee owned. We offer an employee benefit plan called an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan), which allows our employees to own stock in the company. This means that every team member at AgriSteel | AGS Fabrication is a shareholder!

RIGGING TRAINING
Our team recently completed Rigging training at our facility. This training aims to refine our teams’ skills and expand their knowledge. AgriSteel | AGS Fabrication is committed to investing time and resources to help our employee owners gain valuable knowledge, ensuring the safety of our team.

Mossings Dairy is constructing a 100’ x 537’ freestall addition to their existing tunnel ventilated freestall barn in Eagan, SD. We're proud to support their continued growth and can't wait to see this phase completed!
